Nox's Story
On a cold January day, a Good Samaritan found a small black kitty that was hit by a car and left in the snow on the side of the road. She was taken to us, in addition to the effects of the cold, with pretty severe facial fractures. We brought her to the veterinarian for immediate care, after which, she settled into our shelter to heal.
While healing at the BCHS shelter she was the sweetest, loving, playful, talkative biscuit maker in spite of the physical problems she was recovering from.
She found her forever home with an equally amazing family who saw her on our website and began communicating with us after submitting a pre-adoption form. They came all the way from Thatcher, ID to adopt her! Like Nox, we are so blessed to be able to help her and kitties like her and we couldn’t do it without your support, and the passionate, selfless and profoundly gracious folks like those from Thatcher!
